About
I'm "The Resume Fox,"
also known as Olivia Snyder Fox.
I create resumes that share the real you and stand out in a recruiter’s crowded inbox.
Because I was that busy recruiter who was looking through 100s of resumes a week.
After hiring thousands of applicants ranging from hourly team members to executive leaders, I’ve turned my recruiting skills into resume writing expertise.
It’s not you.
It’s the resume.
When you don’t get the interview, your natural instinct might be to doubt your abilities. But the problem may not be you. The problem could be your resume! Maybe your resume doesn’t highlight skills required for the role, is not formatted for readability, or focuses on irrelevant experiences. But readers don’t know that. All they can see is your resume. And if your resume only shares half your experiences, then that’s all your readers know.
Our goal is to share your relevant experiences in a dynamic format. Together we will create a resume that shares the real you.
Your resume is a reflection of you. You’re great.
Your resume should be too.
I provide hands-on consultation whereas other resume services simply plug-and-chug your information into a resume template. We will start where you are and highlight your experiences throughout your resume. Your conversations with The Resume Fox will result in a personalized resume tailored to your industry and key audiences. You won’t receive a one size fits all, generic resume. Your resume will be you - just on a piece of paper.
Minimize the stress.
The job-search process is stressful. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with resumes, cover letters, and references, OH MY! The Resume Fox will guide you through creating a stand-out resume and hopefully save you some grey hairs in the process.

Needless to say, I reviewed a lot of resumes.

5 TYPES OF DECISION MAKERS
Lauren Felter, host of Skilled & Fulfilled, interviewed Olivia and four other business owners to learn how each makes purchases, consumes content, and shops offers.
Hear 5 business owners discuss their preferences, how to sell services to all types of decision makers, how each decision maker utilizes a sales page, and email & social consumption habits of each type.
As a recruiter, I saw so many candidates’ resumes get tossed aside.
Not because they lacked valuable experiences.
But because they did not accurately and interestingly share those experiences on their resume.
